Event description:

The spontaneous magic of Tuesday night rivals many of life's greatest mysteries. What better way to ignite the flame of its coals than to spend it watching Jaded Parade at The Workers Club in Fitzroy.

Jaded Parade’s playfully bitter setlist will be the catharsis to your mid-week blues you never knew you needed, traversing this sentiment with the funk of Bootsy Collins, the soul of D’Angelo and the romantic cynicism of The Strokes.

Preceding Jaded Parade at 8:30pm is the always fantastic Kelsey Jean & The Bad Health, delivering deeply intimate home-grown tunes, rich with psychedelia, that will have you looking at the stars in awe on your way back home.

Kicking off the night at 7:30pm is the talented Cari Scharl, who hypnotises with her deliriously atmospheric songwriting, charming you into a hurricane of melancholia. Cari Scharl is effortless with her intimate delivery of classic songwriting and bedroom pop.

The simplicity of an emotional trigger is represented in the music and will leave you connecting immensely with the stories told by the writers on stage. Uni is over and the summer is coming in, what better way to spend the night than with some great tunes in one of the most iconic venues in Fitzroy.
