Some more tests with digital ink in Affinity. Excited to continue doing some stuff like this. Keeping things simple and focusing on the grit and grime textures.

I will say, it can be hard to listen back to older music of mine, mainly due to my own voice. But I love looking back at the artwork for old projects.

This one was a lot of fun. Learning how to 3d model (poorly) and figuring out how to recreate a zoomed in microscopic vibe to the image was challenging and super rewarding.

I don’t touch 3d much at the moment but I’m sure there will be more in the future.

Trying to get back into using my drawing tablet as much as possible for a few projects, so thought I’d try this simple inked concept.

I love the colours on this one, and that font is wild.

Had a rubbish week last week, but was weirdly productive at the same time. Thought I'd talk about that. Trying to have the self awareness to know when a depressive episode will pass in due time.

Look back a poster design for Kelsey Jean & the Bad Health. Definitely going for a retro 70’s style with a lot of stuff for the Bad Health. Good chance to try some new ideas.

An ode to collaboration.

Had a ripper of a time putting this one together. Pretty simple piece, but a lot of fun to make it physically. I melted some candles over a bust and edited it all together.

Took some inspiration from the game Blasphemous for it.

It was so much fun working in a new style! I had done a lot of digital manipulation but not full blown digital collage like this. It was fun doing cut-out fx for the clouds and figuring out how to bring it all together.

So honoured getting to make this for Max.

You ain’t slowing down

Extremely proud of this cover for my last album, Liminal. Simple (and poorly done) clay model I made, photographed and edited into a stock background I found. Matching the lighting and using the gradient to blend everything together was extremely fun.

And then I got to smash the model and turn that into art for the supporting EP and book! That was a heart breaking moment.

I believe our greatest trait is adaptability to strange times

It is hubris to search for secrets not worth knowing

Quick design concept - I'd love to get an image or even work with someone who makes latex masks for something like this. Nice and simple design, but I keep coming back to it.
